Return/Exchange Policy:

We will issue refund if your item is received defective or the incorrect item was shipped. Buyer has the choice to receive exchange if we do have the correct part in stock. If you no need it even exchange, we will refund you the amount of the part not including any shipping fees and custom duty as soon as item received by us. If incorrect item was shipped we will refund full amount and including shipping cost.

We accept return/exchange within 7 working days in case the parts were wrong ordered by the client. For brand new parts are guaranteed for 180 natural days after goods received which against manufacturer`s defects. For refurbished parts are guaranteed for 90 natural days after goods received. No return/exchange will be accepted after 210 natural days.

How Returns Work:

To return a part please e-mail us with PI number, part number and with along detailed explanation of why you need to return or exchange it, we will email you back with instructions in approximately 2-3 business days. Please don`t return before receiving E-mail from us. All returns must be postage paid, return shipping charged are not refundable except incorrect item we shipped. Tracking number is necessary if you return to us. It`s high risk unable to get your package from post station if no tracking number after you shipped.

We will refund you via paypal or bank transfer within 7 business days after we receive the returned item from you. Refund for the item will be given when the package is inspected, received and processed.

Request to return parts:

Must be in brand new condition if sold new or same condition as received by the buyer, which means the item is never installed and kept in the original or equivalent packaging, complete with accessories and protected by adequate packaging. Our guarantee does not cover damage caused by neglect, faulty installation, repair or maintenance work wrongly execute by non-qualified personnel, unauthorized modification, any damage caused during transport.
