You need a soldering T-iron to connect flat cable to control board. 

Before you fix it to board, please wipe off old glue, don`t with sharf things like knife. Wipe by alcohol until it completely clean.

Put rubber on top of T-tip of iron, when head of it hot to 100 degree, then press it on flat cable at least 6 seconds until it successful connected.
